where can i find an affordable yoga gym bag?
i need a yoga bag to hold my mat and clothes and other things at the gym, but the ones i have found have either been terribly expensive or terribly ugly. can anyone help?

I hope this link comes through. I am yoga teacher and I have this bag for about two months and I love it. It has a lot space and it was inexpensive and eco friendly too a bonus. It is by hugger mugger and I got it on amazon.com. It is big enough for me to carry two yoga mats and two block and still have space for other stuff. So for clothes and yoga mat a definite yes. The only thing I don’t like about the one you showed is I am not a fan of having my mat out it, it get dirty in the car and such so I like it to be in the bag.
New Runner Noticing Mild Lower Back Stiffness?
I’m 42 trying to get back in the my running. The last time I ran was ten years ago with a weekly mileage average of 25-30 per week.
Now, I just want to train for 5Ks and 10KS, but after my runs, my lower stiffens.
I’m not in pain, just stiff!
I’ve tried yoga and pilates and focus slowly when the segments involve back stretches.
I just don’t know what this is. It’s never happened before.
Have other runners (new and experienced) had stiff lower backs?
I had back pain and stiffness the first few days after I started track. And I am young. I just started stretching my back good before I ran because i wasn’t built up to it. After a while i just got over it, and it hasn’t came back.
