Thank you Esther, I … Thank you Esther, I love your videos. I used to go to yoga classes but I can’t afford them anymore, therefore your videos are great to keep in movement. Thanks for sharing.
@fairieeful Breath … @fairieeful Breath is essential. Breathe in = one motion, and when your breath turns to exhale so should your motion also. Unless you are in a pose you want to hold, then you should be counting breaths.
Takes a lil practice, but after a while it goes fine.

@justchillpr the ” … @justchillpr the “rule of thumb” for yoga or pilates is to learn a new pose a week or until you can do it correctly with ease. Since this video is a session by itself, I’d say move on when it becomes a little boring … Many of these stretches Denise Austin (tv) uses to warm up or cool down, so you can use it for that too. Hope this helps!
Warrior I and II … Warrior I and II are great and all but I feel like they’re just for increasing my patience. I don’t feel any stretch when I do them. What are they for?
@Teigetje62 the … @Teigetje62 the 2.19 pose was the hardest for me. And holding the Warrior II position at 8.17 was not easy either. But overall I think it’s a pretty good and easy routine for me as a beginner.
