I’m going to give you 3 weight loss tips today.

The most important thing when doing a weight loss program is your nutrition. So the first thing you will want to do is calculate how much you are eating now, and then improve the quality of the food you are eating. Yoga Flow Basic

This video is a short yoga video. We will be doing a little bit of flow. .. moving from a downward dog into a plank and then into an upward dog…then repeating.
This is a great sequence to build upper body strength and flexibility. It should be fairly challenging, especially for a beginner, but it will get easier with time.
This is a great way to build strength in your shoulders, biceps, triceps, abs, low back chest and back.
