Hi, in this video I show you how to build and tone your arm muscles, specifically, your biceps, triceps, chest and shoulders. Weightlifting with dumbbells is a wonderful way to strengthen and tone your arms; even works your core and back. Breathing Stretch Routine

This is one of the stretch routines we use. It is heavily influenced by Yoga methods. The stretch routine consists of 6 stretches that flow one to the next. The individual should concentrate on their breathing and each stretch should be held for one breathing cycle.

Yoga Flow Basic

This video is a short yoga video. We will be doing a little bit of flow. .. moving from a downward dog into a plank and then into an upward dog…then repeating.
This is a great sequence to build upper body strength and flexibility. It should be fairly challenging, especially for a beginner, but it will get easier with time.
This is a great way to build strength in your shoulders, biceps, triceps, abs, low back chest and back.
