Weightlifting with dumbbells is a wonderful way to strengthen and tone your arms; even works your core and back. This is a great sequence to build upper body strength and flexibility.  It should be fairly challenging, especially for a beginner, but  it will get easier with time.<br />
This is a great way to build strength in your shoulders, biceps, triceps, abs, low back chest and back.<br />
