This is a great sequence to build upper body strength and flexibility.  It should be fairly challenging, especially for a beginner, but  it will get easier with time.<br />
This is a great way to build strength in your shoulders, biceps, triceps, abs, low back chest and back.<br />

<p>This easy variation of Surya Namaskar (&#8220;Salute to the Sun&#8221; or &#8220;Sun Salute&#8221;) combines gentle variations of some foundation Yoga Poses into a flowing sequence to stretch and strengthen the whole body.</p>
<p>Rachel Pereira has Yoga Teaching qualifications in both Kundalini Yoga (with Renee Goodman, Melbourne) and Hatha Vinyasa Yoga (Radiant Light Yoga, Sunshine Coast near Brisbane). She teaches mostly in the Radiant Light Yoga style &#8211; a flowing, heart-centred Vinyasa practice that emphasises smooth transitions and safe alignment so that you experienced the flow of energy in your body &#8211; and learn to master it!</p>

Core training can be done with precision and/or combined with aerial dance movement.  Effective full body strength training can be performed without carrying weights to your campsite!  Balance your weight training protocol with self massage and PNF Stretching with or without a partner!  This offers highly effective training for rockclimbing,  diving, trapeze, silk/tissu and aerial dance training/performance.
