Fasting. I stop taking food at 3:00 pm Friday. Twenty four hours full fasting sipping only distilled water when thirsty. I do it with full physical rest. Avoid mental and physical activities. I listen to relaxing music and wholesome movies (strictly no porno and violence). I sleep, pray and meditate. At 3:00 pm, Saturday I break the fast by taking soup and toasted bread. Then eat a normal dinner. I do it once a week if the schedule would allow.
