I really like yoga, what’s a really good weight loss yoga workout DVD?
Yoga is really good. But really nothing can beat the 3 principles of walking, water and diet.
brisk walking atleast 20-30 minutes everyday, if possible in the morning and evening. helps in burning out the extra calories and increasing metabolism, and keeps you active throughout the day.
drink at least 6-8 glasses of water everyday. drinking lots of warm water flushes the toxic matter from your system and a glass of warm water after each meal, helps dissolve the fatty food that was consumed, when compared to taking a cold drink of fizzy soda or so. water helps in keeping you fresh and also makes your skin glow as an additional bonus.
last but not the least, diet, a strict diet with minimum oil, fat and sugars. that means a strict no to choclates, ice-cream, fried fatty foods, cheese, cream, etc. at least limit the intake and don’t forget your daily walk.
