Thank you for posting; this is truly a most beautiful experience. Your yoga practice helped with the cleansing of cellular tissue that had built up emotional memory stored with in your body. The yoga practice helped you opened up the heart chakra. When this happens, dont hold back. This is a most wonderful experience. I had this happened to me after my first year of yoga practice, and it has been different ever since.

This is AMAZING. I after ten minutes I felt sort of angry, then was almost moved to tears. By 30 minutes I was laughing and at the end I have a permanent smile. I’ve NEVER sweated this much in yoga before, though the moves were NOT hard, they were simple in technique and very good for the body. Thank you so much!
