great. if you learn to breathe effectively and learn to lift upwards out of your hips you will get a good result. make the space from your hips to your lower ribs long as possible, relax the belly, breathe deep and exhale by pulling in the adbominal muscle. well, point is that learning to breathe properly, and 1 – 3 good stretches will develop the neccessary muscle tone – we do not need a six pack, only tone!

but what you if you don’t have the kind of muscle for your stomach to be supporting yourself to stand a good posture? no stomach muscle would mean that your slouching over all the time. trust me i know! hahaha….but by having a good strong stomach with abs, you don’t tend to slouch that much.
