Weight Loss Yoga: Total Body Sweat and Tone
This is part 1 of you new 4 week weight loss routine. Do this routine 3 times this week. Next week we’ll be adding detox. The week after we’ll add abs. Your final week is opening and releasing tension from the hips. By week 4 you’ll be doing all 4 routines in a row 3 times a week and hopefully feeling great!

If you see no point to this video, then I suggest you try some of these moves. YOU WILL GET THE POINT RIGHT AWAY! LOL. Perhaps watching others do something is useless to you unless you do some of the action yourself. Exercise, any type of it, may it be yoga..ect, is great for blood circulation and getting toned. Dont listen to me though, go out and try this! You will see what meaning it will bring into your life.

I did Inhale! with …
I did Inhale! with Steve Ross for roughly one hour a day, four days a week, for four months, and I was super trim and lean. I didn’t even bother lifting weights. The hardest part is ther first two weeks. Once you get past that period, it all becomes much easier and you really start enjoying it. The woman seems very advanced and very flexible. I love her place and dig the string of Christmas lights.

i’ve been dealing with Fibromyalgia since 2004 and have created my own uniques “work-out” routine that doesn’t hurt! you do not have to be ultra-flexible to start! it encompasses different dance moves including bellydance, erotic dance, and hip-hop. It’s HOT and fun! Be on the look out for us in 2010. My own PT & DoC approved. PS – I even use a three-prong walking cane and so can you- who says you can’t feel sexy if you need a cane?! Fellow fma sufferers hope you’ll join me!

You look very professional in this video. I agree with the comment below, the weight loosers are in average much heavier, and they may have sore joints! Take a look at old yogis and yoginis – one such old yogi was Sri Swami Sivananda.

Tara this is a great routine for someone that is already fit. If the goal is weight loss and the target audience is the overweight, then this routine could be dangerous. I’d love to see you do some routines for weight loss targeting those that are new to yoga.
