    I really liked this quickie workout but was hoping she would give more instruction on the breath..when to breathe in and out as I know that is such a huge part of yoga. I like when my teachers guide me with my breath, because it is easy to hold it in..but anyway, I look forward to seeing if I am sore tomorrow.

    I’ve been doing this every other day for the past week and let me tell you. At first I thought, “I can’t even feel this, it must not be working.” But the very next day my but hurt so bad! I knew it was working (and that I should have probably only done half the video the first day). It doesn’t feel like a lot, but trust me, it is. It works too! I freakin love tara stiles videos.

    Thx again Tara… (just one thing..would be good to know at the beginning of the video whether it is aimed for novices, intermediate or advanced yoga’s (yogi’s?)
    I coud do aorund two thirds of the moves (not a complaint – just out of interest). Appreciate the collection of videos.

    This is an excellent routine but I’d like to add that it should take about 15 minutes, not 6 and a half. Yes I know Tara didn’t say to do it in 6.5 but I think significant benefit will be achieved by moving through the poses very s-l-o-w-l-y.

    BTW thank you for posting this. Excellent routine.
